La semaine dernière, en sortant un livre dans ma bibliothèque, j’ai fait tomber un livre de poche qui s’était retrouvé coincé entre l’encyclopédie de la chose imprimée et un ouvrage sur la conception des index.
— Mais qu’est-ce que tu faisais là, toi ? ai-je demandé au livre de Patrick Modiano qui s’était ainsi retrouvé par terre.
Il s’agissait d’un livre que m’avait offert Sylviane à l’occasion d’un après-midi Jane Austen que j’avais organisé à la maison l’année dernière.
