Avant d’entrer dans l’hiver, mon amie Maryline et moi avions très envie de manger une glace, comme ça pour faire durer un peu plus l’été. Il y a quelques semaines, j’avais justement remarqué dans un magazine la photo d’un cornet de glace : un dôme d’éclats de pistaches recouvert de Chantilly. Où pouvait-on déguster cette merveille libanaise cent pour cent bio ? Eh bien, à Paris, près de Beaubourg chez le glacier Bachir.
