Je commence par une évidence : les restaus vegan sont faits pour moi, enfin surtout les assiettes où tout est cru : je peux parler et écouter autant que je veux, rien ne refroidit !
Hier, j’avais rendez-vous avec mon amie Sylvie, elle avait entendu parler de ce restau situé au 5 de la rue Notre-Dame de Lorette et m’avait proposé de le tester avec elle. C’était mon premier restau végétalien (synonyme de vegan).
