Hier, je vous ai parlé de mon idée de cadeau pour les maîtres des filles. Cette idée m’est venue à l’esprit alors que je feuilletais un soir le livre d’un boulanger emprunté à la bibliothèque. Il s’agit d’un boulanger français qui s’est installé en Angleterre, à Bath. D’accord, le pain c’est du pain, mais dans ce livre, il y a pas mal d’idées sympas : comme les tortillons de pain au sésame, le pain bol de soupe, le pain à la lavande, le pain au citron. Et donc, la question qui me taraude depuis que j’ai eu cette idée d’offrir du pain fait maison aux maîtres : dois-je faire un pain nature comme tous les jours ou bien un pain amélioré ?
