Hier, en fin d’après-midi, avant d’aller chercher les filles à l’étude, je suis rapidement passée à la Biocoop faire quelques courses. Avant de filer à la caisse, j’ai attrapé au vol une botte de pourpier avec le vague souvenir d’une plante riche en oméga 3.
En rentrant à la maison, j’ai fait une recherche rapide sur Internet. On pouvait cuisiner le pourpier comme des épinards.
