Pendant que nous étions en vacances, un peintre est venu chez nous effectuer les travaux de peinture, dans notre salle de bains et dans notre cuisine, nécessaires après la fuite d’eau. Vous vous souvenez, c’était Caroline qui m’avait fait comprendre qu’il y avait une fuite entre l’appartement de nos voisins du dessus et le nôtre. C’était en janvier 2012. Notre assurance a pris en charge les travaux, mais il a fallu attendre de long mois pour que les plafonds soient bien secs. Un peintre passait régulièrement avec un appareil mesurer l’humidité des plafonds. Ensuite, il a fallu trouver une date, les travaux devant s’étaler sur une semaine.
