Cet après-midi, j’ai reçu un email de Radio France. Accepterais-je de répondre à un questionnaire de satisfaction suite à notre venue à un concert à la Maison de la radio?
Effectivement, mettre cinq étoiles partout ça ne prend pas beaucoup de temps.
Le questionnaire se terminait par des suggestions d’améliorations. Il y a eu deux petits incidents autour de nous avant que le concert ne commence. Deux parents se sont plaints quand une grande personne est venue s’installer devant leur enfant sans regarder s’il ne leur gâchait pas la vue.
