Ce soir, en rentrant de Paris, je suis passée chez Picard, le magasin de surgelés. J’avais envie d’une de leurs soupes : la soupe minestrone. C’est une recette italienne, avec plein de légumes et des pâtes. Nous n’avions pas mangé cette soupe depuis très longtemps. Chez Picard, elle se présente sous la forme de légumes tout prêts que l’on doit faire cuire avec de l’eau.
Quand la soupe fut prête, mon mari a râpé du parmesan et nous sommes passés à table.
