Depuis que je suis enrhumée, j’ai moins envie d’aller à la piscine, de me plonger dans l’eau froide. Ma copine Isabelle n’est pas enrhumée, mais elle aussi a moins envie d’aller à la piscine. Elle m’a proposé de marcher. Quand elle me l’a proposé, je venais juste de m’équiper d’un podomètre et de nouvelles chaussures de marche. Quelques jours auparavant, j’étais allée chez le cuisiniste à pied, un peu moins de six kilomètres, et cette balade m’avait fait beaucoup de bien.
