Felicia n’aime pas la frangipane. Pas facile en pleine période de galette des Rois.
Heureusement, hier soir, j’ai vu passer sur Facebook les galettes de la boulangerie Montgolfière. Vous vous souvenez que j’y étais allée en 2016. Leur pain du voyageur est extra. Eh bien, la boulangerie Montgolfière propose une galette fourrée banane chocolat, l’association tant appréciée par Felicia. Aujourd’hui donc, je suis passée dans le 17e. J’ai été accueillie par la sympathique Marie qui m’a proposé de rencontrer Thomas Paris, l’un des deux fondateurs de la boulangerie. C’était l’occasion unique d’en découvrir davantage sur la pâte feuilletée.
