La fin septembre, c’est l’époque de La foire aux vins dans les grandes surfaces et chez les cavistes. Les rayons vins débordent de bonnes bouteilles à acheter en lot et au meilleur prix. Les magazines spécialisés sont remplis d’analyses de dégustation et de conseils. Il y a des vins de garde à boire plus tard, du Champagne en prévision des fêtes de fin d’année, des découvertes à faire aussi, etc.
A la maison, nous buvons peu de vin parce qu’étrangement je préfère boire le vin en dehors des repas, en apéritif.
