Vous savez que je vous ai caché des informations à propos de notre sortie d’hier. Mais je ne vais pas garder le secret bien longtemps. J’avais toujours en tête notre dégustation en Bretagne de tartes aux fraises et d’éclairs au chocolat. C’est ainsi que, tout d’abord chez Aki, le boulanger japonais de la rue Sainte-Anne qui adapte les classiques de la pâtisserie française au goût japonais (éclair yzu, religieuse au thé matcha, etc.), je me suis procuré un éclair au chocolat et un éclair garni de fraises et de chantilly (à défaut de tarte).
