Ce matin, c’était reparti pour les crêpes ! Une amie m’a dit que j’étais comme une maman américaine qui prépare des pancakes tous les matins pour le petit-déjeuner de ses enfants. Peut-être ! mais ça me fait plaisir de voir le petit moineau Felicia manger plus de crêpes de que sa grande sœur !
Depuis le test du lait de noisettes, j’ai définitivement choisi le lait de riz. Mes crêpes sont donc au lait de riz et à la cannelle.
