Ce matin, j’ai quitté la maison en plein milieu de la matinée pour me rendre chez l’orthoptiste. Tout cela remonte déjà à plusieurs années. Pour ceux qui écoutent le podcast depuis un certain temps déjà, vous vous souvenez peut-être d’un rendez-vous chez l’ophtalmo en prévision duquel je m’étais demandé si j’allais porter des lunettes. J’étais ressortie sans lunettes, mais avec la consigne de regarder tous les jours en la rapprochant une aiguille à tricoter. De la gymnastique oculaire faite maison pour remuscler mes yeux et ainsi mieux converger. Malheureusement, je ne tricote pas et je n’ai donc jamais fait ma gym. Bien sûr, ce n’est pas allé en s’améliorant et bien voir commençait à devenir douloureux.
