— Le temps que votre thé arrive, je vous invite à déguster cette petite madeleine que je recouvre d’un lait infusé au citron, nous a gentiment dit notre serveuse. Je vous conseille de laisser infuser votre madeleine une petite minute avant de déguster.
Puis, un serviteur à biscuits est venu compléter notre table. Nous avons eu droit à une explication pour chaque petit four sec. Je n’ai pas tout retenu, mais la petite tarte au sucre et à la crème de Bresse a retenu mon attention car tout comme le chef pâtissier François Perret, ma grand-mère était de là-bas.
