Nathalie organise à nouveau des dédicaces dans sa librairie. C’est la vie qui reprend ! Quand j’ai vu qu’elle recevait l’auteure d’un livre sur la pâtisserie, je lui ai rendu visite pour l’acheter, avec l’idée ensuite de me le faire dédicacer et pourquoi pas de lui poser quelques questions. Surtout que j’avais écouté son interview sur le podcast de mon amie Adeline la pâtissière (Girls in Food). C’est ainsi que j’ai fait la connaissance d’Hélène Luzin un samedi après-midi devant la librairie de Nathalie.
