Nous sommes dans le centre de Paris, chez Dehillerin, dans le quartier des Halles. Le magasin a été fondé en 1820, donc il y a plus de deux cents ans, par Eugène Dehillerin. Ce magasin bicentenaire est spécialisé dans le matériel de cuisine pour les professionnels. Éric Dehillerin nous a présenté son magasin, qui est ouvert à tous, dans l’épisode de mercredi.
