Cette semaine, nous parlons de Projet Boussole avec Hugo Borrin, son créateur. Une entreprise qui restaure et vend des vélos de seconde main, à Clichy. C’est joli d’ailleurs, cette expression, seconde main. On a plutôt tendance à dire « d’occasion ». Petit retour sur le contexte de cette création d’entreprise.
