Voilà quelque chose que je rêvais de faire depuis longtemps : aller au marché avec mon amie Isabelle et vous emmener par la même occasion. Isabelle est naturopathe, c’est aussi une excellente cuisinière. Je vous ai déjà parlé d’elle lorsque Micaela et Felicia participaient à ses ateliers de cuisine pour les enfants.
Isabelle s’est très gentiment prêtée au jeu du podcast et j'ai pu la suivre pendant ses courses. Nous nous sommes retrouvées à huit heures du matin un samedi de décembre.
Le marché avec Isabelle fera l’objet de deux épisodes. Nous allons tout d’abord aller chez le volailler et le boucher. Puis dans l’épisode de lundi, nous suivrons Isabelle chez le marchand de légumes et chez le poissonnier. Prêts à faire les courses ? On y va !
