En discutant avec une copine de la marche nordique à propos des cours de Kung-fu, je lui disais que c’était toujours aussi difficile. Cela me demande un tel effort physique. Je lui ai dit « bref, je me sens comme une non-sportive qui ferait du sport. C’est comme si le cap où ça devient plus facile n’arrivait pas. »
Toute cette introduction pour vous dire que lundi soir j’ai oublié mes chaussures de kung-fu. Je m’en suis rendu compte dans le vestiaire. Pas le temps de retourner à la maison, j’ai donc fait le cours en chaussettes.
