❧ Je vous le disais la semaine dernière, je suis en train de travailler sur plusieurs projets, dont un guide de conversation français-anglais pour les boulangers. Parmi vous, chers auditeurs, il y a un boulanger amateur qui maîtrise très bien le sujet depuis le lointain Alaska. Il a tout de suite accepté de relire le livre quand je lui ai posé la question. En retravaillant à partir de ses remarques, je suis tombée sur la pâte feuilletée.
La pâte feuilletée, les croissants et les viennoiseries en général ne constituent pas le sujet principal du livre. Mais, je me suis souvenue que Thomas Paris m’avait fait part de la difficulté à parler de la pâte feuilletée.
