Dans le sondage auquel vous avez répondu il y a quelques semaines, vous avez été plusieurs à me suggérer d’interviewer les personnes que je rencontrais. Alors, je me suis dit « pourquoi pas »? Pour commencer cette nouvelle aventure, j’ai contacté le patron de la boulangerie Bo&Mie. Il a accepté de me rencontrer et de répondre à quelques questions.
J’ai proposé à Marilyne de m’accompagner et ce matin nous avons franchi le seuil de Bo&Mie, boulangerie créative qui a ouvert ses portes il y a quelques mois rue de Turbigo en plein centre de Paris.
Ma première question à Jean-François Bandet a été de lui demander de se présenter.

Aujourd’hui, les cheminots, c’est-à-dire les agents de la SNCF, sont en grève. Toute la France est touchée par ce mouvement national, que ce soit les trains de banlieue en région parisienne, les TER (Trains Express Régional), les TGV, les Intercités ou encore le fret. Les cheminots sont en grève parce que le gouvernement veut réformer la SNCF (Société Nationale des Chemins de fer) par ordonnance. Par ordonnance, cela veut dire que le gouvernement peut décider d’une loi sans que celle-ci soit votée par le parlement. Dans le contenu de la réforme de la SNCF, il y a son organisation, l’ouverture à la concurrence et le statut des cheminots. Ce sont ces trois sujets qui fâchent.
